1. The service

Vehicle Check Online is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the DVSA, the DVLA or GOV.UK. It shows vehicle information compiled from the DVSA MOT History API and, for paid reports, licensed third-party data providers. The free check is provided as-is. A paid report is a one-off digital purchase for a single vehicle registration. A pack gives several reports, one per vehicle registration, and its unused checks do not expire. A Basic check does not include the finance, write-off or stolen checks.

2. Delivery

Your report opens on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed. We also send it to the email address you give when you pay. The link in that email is your access to the report, so keep it private.

3. Accuracy

We present data as supplied by our sources and cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free. A report is not a substitute for a physical inspection of the vehicle.

4. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Because the report is digital content delivered immediately, you agree that the statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once the report is shown. If a report cannot be delivered, we will refund you in full.

5. Liability

Our liability for any report is limited to the price paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
